RESERVATION CONFIRMATION

Confirmation of reservations will only be given upon receipt of a completed Reservation application form and payment of deposit. You will pay your tariff charges in two instalments via your credit card if you book more than 8 weeks ahead. You will be charged 50% of the applicable tariffs immediately upon receipt of your application form. The balance will be charged to your credit card eight (8) weeks prior to arrival. Bookings made less than eight (8) weeks before arrival will be charged in full. Reservation application forms accompanied by cheque will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment or your agreement to automatically charge the balance to a credit card eight (8) weeks prior to your arrival.
Stillwell Lodge Pty Limited reserves the right to refuse any person service or accommodations, at the manager’s discretion.

CHILDREN'S TARIFFS AND CONDITIONS

1. Children under 4 and sharing accompanying adult's room are free.
2. For reservation purposes, a child's age shall be taken as at 30 June of the current year.
3. Confirmation of reservation cannot be given until children's ages are identified.
4. An adult who accepts responsibility for that person must accompany any person under 18.

PACKAGES PROVIDED BY CHARLOTTE PASS VILLAGE PTY LIMITED ("CPV ADD-ON PACKAGES")

Details of CPV packages for lift tickets/over-snow transport/lessons/equipment hire etc. are available at www.charlottepass.com.au. Stillwell Lodge is not responsible and does not sell CPV add-on packages. .

STILLWELL LODGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO ANY GUEST OR INVITEE OF A GUEST FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, DAMAGE OR DESTRUCTION TO ANY PERSONAL PROPERTY BROUGHT ONTO THESE PREMISES. PERSONAL PROPERTY SHALL INCLUDE ANY PERSONAL EFFECTS INCLUDING SPORT EQUIPMENT OR VEHICLES PARKED NEAR THE LODGE OR AT OTHER PARKING LOCATIONS.

TARIFF INCLUSIONS

Payment for the tariff and any CPV packages may be made in accordance with the details on the Reservation application form.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

8 weeks or more - notice in writing......	Full refund, less cancellation fee of $50.00
4 to 8 weeks - notice in writing.........	2/3 refund, less cancellation fee of $50.00
Less than 4 weeks........................	NO REFUND

AS THE ABOVE CONDITIONS WILL BE STRICTLY ADHERED TO, CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED, INCLUDING COVER FOR PACKAGES PROVIDED BY CPV.

TARIFF INCLUSIONS

The tariff includes dinner, bed and breakfast. Cafe lunches and light snacks are available for purchase. Liquor is available with meals in accordance with liquor license.

SHARED ACCOMMODATION AND ALLOCATION

Accommodation is allocated on a twin share, two adults occupying a room. Allocation and placement of accommodation is at the discretion of the Lodge Manager. Single supplements are applicable both for adults and for children. The single supplement is calculated at an additional 50% of the single person’s rate.

RESERVATIONS FOR BROKEN PERIODS - WINTER SEASON

Reservations are made on a weekly basis (Sunday to Sunday). However, applications for broken periods may be made which will be confirmed no more than 21 days before the intended arrival date and must check-in or out on a Sunday.

RESERVATIONS WITHIN 6 WEEKS OF ARRIVAL DATE

GROUP RESERVATIONS

Refer to the Lodge Manager.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES

Reservations are from 3.00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure. Guests may arrive at the Lodge before 3.00 p.m., but must give priority in the use of all Lodge facilities to outgoing guests.

MANAGER'S REQUIREMENTS

STILLWELL LODGE IS A LICENSED RESTAURANT AND WILL OPERATE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LIQUOR LAWS AT ALL TIMES.

BYO SURCHARGE APPLIES, ONLY WINE MAY BE BROUGHT INTO THE RESTAURANT.

The day to day operations of the Lodge are controlled by the Lodge Managers; all guests are subject to specific requirements in this respect. No personal or ‘outside food’ is permitted in the restaurant. Strictly no alcohol allowed in the kid’s common rooms. No food or drink of any sort in Spa/sauna room. Guests are not permitted behind the Bar or in the Kitchen at any time.
